Absolutely whole, without cracks, delivery 3 weeks in Moscow.
Packed perfectly: Carton, protective case, purple film. It reached without a single scratch. Everything was tracked. The store and the purchase is very satisfied. The cat has his TV now. Just in case I tied for one of the Velcro to the handle of the window, but still quietly holds up and a couple of weathery holes. Before installation, wipe the window and Velcro with degreasing agent.
Fully corresponds to the picture. Came with a crack, but it's not critical to me
