We issue a full refund with no hassle if any customer is unsatisfied with our products within the 15-day period upon receipt of the item. Simply contact us with your order number and we will respond to your concerns in 24 hours or less.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. And upon arrival we will issue full refund once item is in its natural form.
Unfortunately, if the request has been made 15 days after your purchase, we can’t offer a refund and/or exchange of items. Additionally, we cannot allow a refund if the item is either not in its original condition or damaged with missing parts for reasons not caused by us.
When returning items, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
