Has COVID-19 affect you in any way?

[August 2020] Good news is that shipping times are getting better.

Rest assured we are constantly working to provide the faster service available to our customers. Yes! As most online stores, some orders are taking longer to ship. 

Limited by governments and carriers new policies to deal with the pandemic, shipments are being prioritized. Some products are likely to take longer to ship. That’s why we changed our Free Shipment time frame from 4-7 days to 18-23 days.  

The Express Shipping Option we offer is still free and some products may still arrive 4-7 days.

How fast do you process orders?

All orders are promptly processed from Monday to Friday. It takes 1-2 days to get it ready for air delivery. 

How long does it take my order to deliver?

We ship from suppliers around the world to get our customers the best deals and quality.

Standard Shipping:  18-23 days.

Do you offer Express Delivery?

**IMPORTANT NOTICE: This option will be limited to selected products delivered to United States only until COVID-19 changes in shipping process are back to normal.

The rest of our catalog will be delivered on a time frame of 18-23 days.

Yes. On some products and countries we offer an Express Delivery Option which can arrive in 14 days or less.

Will I get a receipt and slip for returns?

No. Keeping a paper-less mind frame, your receipts are sent by email. Send any special requests to: support@PetsEdition.com we will be happy to help you.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes. If you like the product, but need another size, color or variant, you will need to return the product for a refund, and place a new order. We suggest ordering as soon as you realize you want an exchange, as sometimes products might run short.

Write to our Customer Support email (support@petsedition.com) and we will work something out to fulfill your needs.

What is the process for return?

Before returning, we suggest you getting in touch with us via email: support@petsedition.com to help you with the inquiry.

Return the product unused and in original packaging. Mailing address with attention to will be provided once you reach out to us by email as we provide different shipping hubs.

Who pays the postage for a return?

The customer is responsible for paying the postage for return goods.
